NEXVEY® offers fast, localized shipping across the contiguous United States (excluding AK, HI, PR, and APO/FPO) and Canada via FedEx and UPS. Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 2–8 business days. Please note that due to the size of our electric dirt bikes, we require a valid physical street address for all deliveries and cannot ship to PO Boxes.

To maintain efficiency, address changes are free before a tracking number is issued, but fees ranging from $20 to $300 will apply for in-transit changes, cancellations after shipping, or refused packages. By purchasing, you acknowledge that our bikes are intended for minors only under adult supervision. While we provide tracking for every order, NEXVEY® is not responsible for transit delays or third-party carrier issues once the package leaves our warehouse.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund; thereafter, a 5%–8% processing fee applies. If a cancellation or address change is requested while the item is in transit, an interception fee of $200 USD will be charged. Please note that refused deliveries or returns due to incorrect addresses will result in a $300 USD deduction from your refund to cover round-trip shipping and handling costs.

We offer a 30-day return policy for "New & Unused" products, provided the odometer shows less than 10 miles and the bike is in its original packaging with all accessories. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees plus a $300 restocking deduction. However, if the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage reported within 48 hours, NEXVEY® will provide a 100% full refund and cover all return costs. All returns must be authorized via an RMA number from support@nexvey.com.

Refer to the local laws and regulations regarding recycling and/or disposal.Maintenance ScheduleNote: The vehicle must be completely powered OFF and the battery disconnected during all maintenance procedures.

  • Pre-Ride: Clean and lubricate the drive chain.
  • Every 6 Months: Service front and rear shock absorbers (suspension).
  • Belt Replacement: * Road Use: Every 4,971 miles (8,000 km).

Off-Road Use: Every 2,485 miles (4,000 km).Note: If abnormal noise persists after cleaning, the belt must be replaced.

  • Chain Replacement: Every 4,971 miles (8,000 km).
  • Motor Pulleys & Front Sprocket: Replace every 4,971 miles (8,000 km) simultaneously with the chain.
  • Brake Pads: Replace when the friction material thickness is less than 0.5 mm.
  • Brake Discs: Replace when the disc surface thickness is less than 1.5 mm.
  • Bearings: Replace immediately if abnormal noise or loosening (play) is detected.
  • Tires: Replace when the tread depth is less than 2/3 of a new tire’s original depth.

We currently provide shipping services to the following regions:

United States: Contiguous 48 US states only.

Canada: Major provinces and territories (excluding extremely remote regions).

Not Available:

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other non-contiguous US territories. Due to the size and battery nature of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Your total wait time is divided into two distinct parts:

Processing Time: 2 Business Days. (Includes order verification, quality control, and secure packaging).

1. Warranty CoverageNEXVEY provides a 24-month limited warranty to the original purchaser, effective from the date of delivery.

  • Core Components: Motor, Battery, and Controller are covered against manufacturing defects.
  • Eligibility: Valid only for vehicles purchased through authorized NEXVEY channels and serviced by authorized technicians. The warranty is non-transferable.

2. Warranty ExclusionsThe warranty is void under the following circumstances:

  • Misuse & Accidents: Damage from collisions, falls, abuse, or unauthorized modifications and disassembly.
  • Improper Maintenance: Failure to follow the manual; use of non-genuine parts, or cleaning with high-pressure water guns.
  • Environmental Damage: Damage from fire, chemical corrosion, water submersion, or improper storage.
  • Competition: Use in racing, stunts, or any competitive events.
  • Wear & Tear: Natural degradation of consumables such as tires, brake pads, chains, and sprockets.

3. Claim Process

  • Notification: Contact an authorized NEXVEY dealer immediately upon detecting a fault.
  • Requirements: Provide Proof of Purchase, Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and a description of the issue.
  • Liability Limit: Coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. NEXVEY is not liable for indirect losses, such as transportation costs or downtime.

4. Essential Maintenance

  • No High-Pressure Washing: Do not use high-pressure washers; they can destroy electrical seals and components.
  • Battery Care: For long-term storage, maintain battery charge between 50%–70%.
  • Safety Checks: Inspect tire pressure, chain tension, and brakes before every ride.

5. Final TermsThis is the exclusive warranty for the NEXVEY SPARK03. NEXVEY reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Spark is perfectly sized for kids and teens aged 8-13. The seat height is 24.4 inches (62 cm), making it ideal for riders between 4'0" and 5'0" (121 cm - 152 cm) tall. Plus, with a robust carbon steel frame, it supports up to 220 lbs, meaning even dad can take it for a quick spin!

Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. The Spark features three parental-controlled gear modes. You can lock the top speed at 9 MPH for absolute beginners, bump it up to 15 MPH as they build confidence, and unlock the full 22 MPH beast mode when they are ready.

The Spark arrives 85% pre-assembled. The remaining assembly is designed to be the perfect 30-minute father-son garage project. You'll just need to attach the handlebars, front wheel, and front fender. Basic tools are included, but bringing your own toolbox makes the bonding experience even better.

Just like modern smart cars, the Spark's controller receives Over-The-Air (OTA) updates to improve performance. Our unique "Mode 4" engages Smart Wheelie Assist, which fine-tunes the torque output to help riders safely learn and pop the perfect wheelie without losing control.

Yes! We built the Spark for the modding community. The heavy-duty carbon steel frame supports real mechanical modifications—not just stickers. It accommodates a 2-inch height lift via wheel upgrades, and the chassis is prepared for our upcoming extreme-range battery upgrades (like the 60V*30A pack).

The 48V/10.4AH battery delivers up to 22 miles of pure off-road fun on a single 5-hour charge. The actual range may vary depending on the rider's weight, terrain, and speed mode.
