Nexvey® Limited Warranty Terms

At NEXVEY®, we stand behind the quality of our electric dirt bikes. This Limited Warranty is issued to ensure your riding experience is backed by professional support and genuine parts.

 

1. Warranty Coverage & Duration

NEXVEY provides a 24-month Limited Warranty to the Original Purchaser, effective from the date of delivery. This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased through official NEXVEY authorized channels.

Core Components: The Motor, Battery, and Controller are covered against manufacturing defects for the full 24-month period.

Frame & Rigid Components: The chassis and structural frame are covered against workmanship defects.

Exclusivity: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner who purchased the vehicle.

 

2. Separately Purchased Accessories

For accessories purchased independently of a bike order, we provide a 1-year limited warranty:

Within 30 Days of Receipt: Returns or exchanges are accepted. If a quality issue is verified, Nexvey covers the return shipping. If there is no quality issue, a 20% restocking fee (minimum $15) applies for returns; exchanges are not accepted.

After 30 Days: Returns and exchanges are no longer accepted for separate accessories.

 

3. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)

The Nexvey® warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

Ordinary Wear and Tear: Items that naturally deplete through use are excluded. These include, but are not limited to: Tires, Tubes, Brake Pads, Rotors, Chains, Sprockets, Bearings, Grips, Cables/Casings, and Stripped Bolts.

Competition & Stunt Use: Damage resulting from racing, stunt riding, jumping, or any competitive events is strictly excluded.

Misuse & Accidents: Damage caused by collisions, drops, abuse, or unauthorized disassembly/modifications.

Improper Maintenance: Failure to follow the Owner’s Manual, use of non-original parts, or damage caused by High-Pressure Power Washing (which damages electrical seals).

Environmental Damage: Corrosion caused by moisture, salt, chemicals, or improper storage (e.g., leaving the bike in the rain or extreme heat).

Labor & Shipping: While parts may be covered, labor charges for replacement and shipping costs for warranty parts are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. The Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

1. Notification: Contact an authorized NEXVEY dealer or our support team at support@nexvey.com immediately upon discovering a fault.

2. Required Documentation: You must provide Proof of Purchase, the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), and a clear photo/video description of the issue.

3. Limitation of Liability: NEXVEY’s responsibility is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Nexvey is not liable for indirect losses, such as transportation costs, loss of use, or time delays.

 

5. Essential Maintenance Requirements

To keep your warranty valid and your bike safe, please adhere to these guidelines:

NO High-Pressure Washing: Do not use power washers on your bike. This will void the warranty on electrical components.

Battery Care: For long-term storage, maintain the battery charge between 50%–70%.

Safety Checks: Perform a "Pre-Ride Inspection" before every ride, checking tire pressure, chain tension, and brake responsiveness.

 

6. Final Terms

These are the sole warranty terms for NEXVEY products (including SPARK series). NEXVEY reserves the right of final interpretation of these terms. Any unauthorized third-party repairs performed without prior written consent from NEXVEY will not be eligible for reimbursement.
