Great bike but need help with getting my battery replaced and the battery lid was broken when I received the bike and paint was scuffed up and side panel was cracked but other than that it’s a great bike I definitely recommend on you getting one there lots of fun!!!!!

It's a great bike but getting them to make the shipping damage Wright was really a big pain and still have not got the parts delivered yet that were broken and partial refund hasn't showed up yet either for the damage to the powder coat on the frame but overall the bike is fast and solid built I would buy another one and I will buy the newest biggest one next

Great bike for the pice range

Pretty bummed out, I bought this for my sons 15th Bday gift and what a surprise it was, the kit with the tools and screws didn’t come included and the screen for the odometer was broken. It does ride nice but sucks to encounter those inconvenience

Bike arrived quickly, the throttle does not spring back, causing it to be wide open.. the front rim is bent.. no one is responding to my calls or emails..

2 weeks in and doesn’t work and costumer service is hard to get ahold of

Performance is top notch and range is solid. Only reason it's four stars is I wish the battery popped out easier to charge inside during winter.

This bike delivers way more than I expected. Power, range, and build quality all punch above the price. Highly recommend.

Took some hard landings off small jumps and the suspension handled it without bottoming out. Impressive for the size.

Even at top speed it feels planted and stable. No wobble, no sketchy handling. I trust it completely.

Has enough power to be exciting but the speed limiter keeps things sane for my teenager. Really well thought out.

The tires hook up really well in loose dirt and gravel. I was expecting to slide around more. Very planted and confidence inspiring.

Just plug it into a normal outlet. No special setup needed. Super convenient compared to hauling gas.

Disc brakes front and rear and they bite hard. I've had to stop fast a few times on the trails and it always feels controlled.

No oil changes, no carb tuning, no pulling a cord 50 times. Just hop on and go. That alone is worth the switch.

Couple hundred miles in and zero issues. Just charge it and ride. That's exactly what I wanted, something I don't have to tinker with.

Came from a little gas pit bike and this is a massive upgrade. More power, smoother, and I don't smell like exhaust after a ride.

Got caught in the rain and rode through plenty of mud. The bike plowed right through and cleaned up easy. No complaints.

Bring it camping and it's the perfect little runabout. Quiet so it doesn't bother other campers. Kids spend all day on it.

I'm 5'9 and my feet touch the ground comfortably. It's easy to manage and doesn't feel too big or too small.

Use it around my ranch all day. It's become my go-to for getting around. Never thought I'd use an e-bike this much.

There is no customer service. I purchased a bike it doesn’t run. None of the phone numbers in service I sent email. No one respond back. I’m stuck with the broken brand new bike. I just purchased.

This a terrible product. Don't buy customers service is non existent.
