At NEXVEY®, we value every rider. Our mission is to get your new electric dirt bike to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible so the adventure can begin. We appreciate your patience and trust in our brand.
1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
We provide localized shipping services via FedEx and UPS. Please review our shipping zones and costs below:
United States: We provide FREE SHIPPING to the contiguous 48 states.
Exclusions: We DO NOT ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), or APO/FPO addresses.
Canada: We ship across Canada.
NO PO BOXES: Due to the large size and weight of our electric bikes, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. A valid physical street address is required for all orders.

2. Age Requirement & Safety Notice
Nexvey® Electric Dirt Bikes are intended for use by minors only under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian. By purchasing, you acknowledge that underage riders MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times while riding.
3. Shipping Origin & Lead Times
We operate local warehouses in both the United States and Canada to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Processing Time: In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Delivery Time: Please allow 2–8 business days for your shipment to arrive once it has left our warehouse.
Pre-Orders: For pre-order items, please refer to the specific shipping date listed on the product page.
Business Days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays and weekends), (GMT-5) Eastern Time Zone.
4. Shipping Changes & Fees
To maintain efficiency, we apply the following fee structure for changes or cancellations:
Before Tracking Number: NO CHARGE for changing the address before a tracking number is issued.
In-Transit Address Change: * United States: $30 USD will be charged once the change is successful on the carrier's system.
Canada: $20 USD will be charged once the change is successful on the carrier's system.
Cancellation BEFORE Shipping: A 5%–8% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund. This covers unavoidable merchant processing fees charged by banks and payment platforms.
Cancellation AFTER Shipping: A $200 USD fee will be charged if the order is canceled after the package has already been dispatched.
Refusal or Undelivered Packages: A $300 USD fee will be charged if the customer refuses the package or if the package is returned as undeliverable.
5. Order Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s (FedEx/UPS) tracking portal. For further assistance, contact support@nexvey.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Kindly Notes:
1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3. It can take a few days after order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms, which are incorporated into by reference and form a part of these Terms.
