Shipping Protection covers common transit issues. The applicable protection price is selected automatically based on the order amount and cannot be purchased separately.

After purchasing Shipping Protection, you can submit an eligible lost or damaged package claim through the Xcotton Claims Center.
Open the email titled "Xcotton Shipping Protection Placed Successfully" and locate your Shipping Protection ID.
Use the direct claims link or the highlighted link in your confirmation email. Sign in with your email and protection ID.
Provide requested documents such as carrier proof and clear photos of damaged products, then follow the claim status online.
Have your order email and Shipping Protection ID ready before you begin.
This service is order-based and covers only the products purchased in the protected order.
How it works
Choose Shipping Protection while checking out. The service fee is automatically added to your order total and the correct level of cover is matched to the order value.
After purchase, Xcotton emails your protection number, coverage details and Claims Center access.
If your order has not shipped, contact us to request a refund. Once shipped, protection cannot be canceled.
Check your products promptly. If you notice damage or another covered issue, contact support as soon as possible.

Eligible events include products lost in transit, partially lost shipments, porch piracy, transit damage, carrier misdelivery and qualifying delays. Force majeure events may be handled according to the specific protection terms.

Claims may be ineligible when incorrect delivery information was supplied, damage was intentional or another exclusion in Xcotton's terms applies. Review the full protection terms before purchase.
You may request a refund before the order ships. Shipping Protection cannot be canceled after shipment.
