What is covered

Coverage timing depends on the type of event. Accidental damage and power surge protection begin on the purchase date; eligible breakdown coverage begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Eligible accidental drops, liquid spills or submersion during normal use. Claims require an explanation of where, when and how the damage occurred.

Enroll together with an eligible product purchase on the NEXVEY website. Plan pricing appears at checkout, and a confirmation email provides your Product Protection ID and plan details.

After manufacturer warranty

Mechanical and electrical breakdowns

Eligible extended warranty coverage begins only after the original manufacturer's warranty expires.

The aggregate amount paid across eligible claims is limited to the original purchase price of the covered product.

File an eligible claim through the Xcotton Product Protection Claims Center. A claims specialist will guide you through the required information and next steps.

Find your protection ID

Open the email titled "XCOTTON PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN PURCHASE CONFIRMATION" and locate your Product Protection ID.

Open the Claims Center

Use the direct Claims Center link or the highlighted link in your confirmation email. Sign in with your email and Product Protection ID.

Describe the issue

Follow the instructions and provide requested evidence. Accidental damage claims must explain where, when and how the damage occurred.

03Is there a claim limit?+

The aggregate amount paid across claims is limited to the original purchase price of the covered product.

04What happens if I return or exchange the product?+

Notify customer service promptly. A return or exchange may affect the protection plan, and specific conditions may apply.

05Can I cancel the plan?+

Cancellation is allowed at any time. Refund calculations depend on when you cancel, any paid claims, applicable administrative fees and state law.

06Who provides the protection plan?+

Coverage and services are provided by Xcotton, partner with AIG. NEXVEY acts as an intermediary and can provide assistance when needed.

Cancellation and returns

Flexible cancellation terms.

Cancellation is allowed at any time. Refund calculations depend on timing, prior claim payments and applicable state law. A return or exchange may also affect the plan.

Within 60 days

Full refund when no claim was filed

If a claim was paid, the refund equals the Product Protection plan price less paid claim amounts.

After 60 days

Prorated refund calculation

Refunds are based on unused coverage days, less paid claims and any administrative fee allowed by state law, capped at USD $50.
