Enrollment and activation
Enroll together with an eligible product purchase on the NEXVEY website. Plan pricing appears at checkout, and a confirmation email provides your Product Protection ID and plan details.
Eligible accidental damage and power surge protection begin on the date you purchase the covered product.
Eligible extended warranty coverage begins only after the original manufacturer's warranty expires.
Claims made clear
File an eligible claim through the Xcotton Product Protection Claims Center. A claims specialist will guide you through the required information and next steps.
Open the email titled "XCOTTON PRODUCT PROTECTION PLAN PURCHASE CONFIRMATION" and locate your Product Protection ID.
Use the direct Claims Center link or the highlighted link in your confirmation email. Sign in with your email and Product Protection ID.
Follow the instructions and provide requested evidence. Accidental damage claims must explain where, when and how the damage occurred.
Have your confirmation email and Product Protection ID ready.

The aggregate amount paid across claims is limited to the original purchase price of the covered product.

Cancellation is allowed at any time. Refund calculations depend on timing, prior claim payments and applicable state law. A return or exchange may also affect the plan.
If a claim was paid, the refund equals the Product Protection plan price less paid claim amounts.
Refunds are based on unused coverage days, less paid claims and any administrative fee allowed by state law, capped at USD $50.
