Unused bikes: You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. The bike must be unused, unridden, and returned in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories.

Test rides: Test riding is permitted only to identify a possible quality issue. Once a bike has been ridden, returns for preference, fit, change of mind, or other non-quality reasons are not accepted.

Verified quality issues: If a defect or other quality issue is confirmed, we will handle it under our Returns & Cancellations Policy or warranty, as applicable.

A $200 fee applies to eligible non-quality returns. Prior approval and an RMA number are required. Email support@nexvey.com to request a return.

Is the FLASH 2 hard to assemble? Do I need a mechanic?

Not at all! In fact, we designed the assembly process to be the perfect weekend father-son project. It comes 85% pre-assembled. All you need are basic hand tools and about 1 to 2 hours. It’s a great opportunity to turn screen time into "wrench time" and teach your teen the basics of bike mechanics.

FLASH 2 is designed for experienced riders ages 13 and up, with a recommended rider height of 4.5–5.8 ft and a maximum load of 265 lbs. Consider rider fit, skill and experience alongside age when choosing a bike.

What is the "Mode 4" wheelie feature? Is it safe for a teenager?

Mode 4 is a rider-assistance feature that manages power delivery to help riders practice controlled front-wheel lift. It does not eliminate the risk of falls or injury. Riders should wear full protective gear, practice only in a suitable off-road area, follow local laws, and ride under responsible adult supervision.
