Is the FLASH hard to assemble? Do I need a mechanic?

Not at all! In fact, we designed the assembly process to be the perfect weekend father-son project. It comes 85% pre-assembled. All you need are basic hand tools and about 1 to 2 hours. It’s a great opportunity to turn screen time into "wrench time" and teach your teen the basics of bike mechanics.

My teenager is growing fast. Will they outgrow this bike in a year?

We built the FLASH to grow with your child. The standard setup is perfect for riders aged 13+ (around 4.5 FT to 5.8 FT). As they grow, our high-clearance frame allows you to upgrade to larger wheel sets (adding up to 2 inches / 5cm of height). Plus, with a max load capacity of 265 lbs, even Dad can take it for a spin!

What is the "Mode 4" wheelie feature? Is it safe for a teenager?

Mode 4 is a rider-assistance feature that manages power delivery to help riders practice controlled front-wheel lift. It does not eliminate the risk of falls or injury. Riders should wear full protective gear, practice only in a suitable off-road area, follow local laws, and ride under responsible adult supervision.

Is the bike customizable? Can I modify it?

Yes! We know riders love to make their bikes their own. The bike can be modified, and we will soon be releasing official mod parts, including larger rims and other custom accessories to level up your ride.

I’ve tested multiple electric off-road bikes, and this Flash model stands out by far. The instant electric torque makes tackling steep hills and muddy terrain effortless. The dual suspension handles rocky trails flawlessly, no jarring shocks at all. The whole bike is lightweight, easy to lift and transport alone. Super well-built and reliable, definitely the top pick for anyone into trail riding.

Hands down the best budget bike out right now. Seat and grips are already aftermarket quality right out of the box and assembly was easy. Pegs and seating position are surprisingly comfortable for me at 6'3", moreso than a small road bike like a Honda Rebel even. The suspension is firm but plush like it should be and the rear spring is adjustable. It actually does 35mph like they say it does and wheelie mode is the coolest thing since ice cream. You can tell the Nexvey team cares about what they're doing because it reflects in the ride quality and their customer service.

I bought the Flash Black for my 14-year-old son's birthday. The build quality is impressive—doesn't feel like a toy at all. It has plenty of torque for the hills in our backyard but is still quiet enough not to annoy the neighbors. He’s been riding it every day since it arrived.
