Frequently Asked Questions
Storm is rated for speeds up to 57 mph and a range of up to 55 miles, but actual results vary with rider weight, terrain, temperature, tire pressure, riding mode, and riding style. Treat these figures as maximum rated values, plan conservatively, and ride at a speed the rider can control safely.
Use only the supplied charger and follow the manual. Charge the 72V battery in a dry, ventilated area away from heat and flammable materials, and do not charge a damaged battery or cable. Let the bike cool after riding before charging, and keep the charging port dry.
Some setup and safety checks may be needed after delivery. Follow the included manual, confirm that fasteners are secure, and check the tires, steering, controls, and brakes before the first ride. If you are unsure, ask a qualified bike or powersports technician for help.
We recommend avoiding rain, deep puddles, and wet or slippery terrain. Do not use a pressure washer. After riding, wipe Storm with a soft damp cloth and keep the charging port and electrical components dry.
Before every ride, check tire condition, visible fasteners, steering movement, brake response, throttle operation, and battery charge. Stop using the bike if you notice damage, unusual noise, loose parts, or reduced braking performance.
